Dimension Specification
We carefully check the sizes (Length*width*thickness) using micrometer calipers and thickness gauge although we use the computer size control.
Visual Inspections
After the poly mailers are finished by the bag making machines, we will inspect them to check if there are flaws（Particles, film lines, scratches, spots）.
Color Examination
To ensure that the printed poly mailers are consistent with the graphic pattern of your order, we will use the originally designed styles and high precision colorimeter to examine the color and chromatography.
